Straight out of Legazpi City, Albay, The Ericsons have been dishing out raw punk rock since 2015. Think Ramonescore meets bubblegum punk with a shot of old-school pop punk—fast, catchy, and straight from the heart.
We keep it simple: loud guitars, honest lyrics, and hooks that stick. Influenced by bands like the Ramones, The Huntingtons, Teenage Bottlerocket, Masked Intruder, and Screeching Weasel, our sound is a nod to the classics with our own twist.
The band started with Gerry, Francis, and Eric. When Gerry stepped away in 2019, John jumped in and brought new life to the lineup. Alfred joined soon after. He moved to Manila for a while, so Harry filled in—but when Alfred came back, he was welcomed home. Because around here, punk rock is family.
We’re here to make music you can feel—whether you’re losing it in the pit or just blasting it in your room. It’s all about connection.
Right now, we’re working on new songs for our first full-length album. We’ve got big dreams—like hitting the road for a national tour and maybe even playing outside the country someday. We’re not there yet, but we’re chasing it hard. Stay tuned, punks.
